  This place is AMAZING. Every time at the mall, I stop by this little booth and order. I usually get the chicken pho (w/ a side of Siracha)with a mango boba smoothie and green apple pearls. It is SO GOOOOD. I have been to a few pho places and this place has the best pho I have ever had. Their broth isn't too rich, it is just the way I like it. I also tried their fried egg rolls which were okay. They had a shrimpy taste to them and just weren't my favorite. I did enjoy their spring rolls. They cut the shrimps in half  to make it look like they are whole but they do put a good amount of chicken inside which has the most flavor. It's very healthy and comes with a side of their peanut sauce. I haven't tried any of their other food because I am hooked on the pho. The workers are pleasant and very fast. I am craving this right now! Too bad it's inside of the mall which is about 20 minutes from my house.

  When you're sick, it's raining outside, and you're forced to go to the mall to see a kids movie, you become thankful for the small things. I'm so thankful this place is in the mall. Sure, there's better Pho out there in the world, but in the middle of a mall? Not so much.
  
  I saddled up to the bar and ordered Chicken Pho, and it was presented to me minutes later piping hot. I sipped on the broth and let it do its work. I moved on to the chunks of chicken, the noodles, and the jalapeno slices. I felt my nose stop running. I felt my strength returning. The Chicken Pho gave me the strength I needed to sit through two hours of Mary Poppins Returns. Would Subway or Taco Bell have given me that power? I think not my friend.
  
  So yes, I've had better Pho in my life, but this wasn't bad by any means, and it's probably the best food option in the mall.

  Located in the Countryside Mall's food court, stands Pholicious. I typically make my rounds of the food court always taking the samples offered up by several of the restaurants but today I decided to actually spend money.  When Pholicious first opened a few years ago, I don't recall them offering Banh Mi sandwiches, just Pho for the most part which I am not a fan of.
  
  However, a few weeks ago I noticed they were now making Banh Mi sandwiches with an assortment ranging from Beef, Chicken and Tofu. My wife is a vegan so she gets the Tofu and I, the grilled chicken. The people that work there are so nice, so accommodating, ordering couldn't be any easier. You order, pay and wait a few minutes before being served. There are multiple tables available to sit and eat your lunch. The Banh Mi consists of carrots, cucumbers, daikon and Cilantro on a toasted baguette or hoagie roll. In this case it was a hoagie roll but perfectly toasted. Sometimes they include a jalapeno pepper but I didn't see one which was ok. The sandwich was fabulous, yep, I said fabulous. Best part, $4.99 each. Can't beat the value. We will definitely be back.

  This place is great! I would highly recommend. I was surprised, because it's a booth in the mall, but the pho is just as good as any I've had. It was also my daughter's first time, and she loved it :-)

  My wife ordered (vegetable soup) here and she liked it. One thing I can saw after looking at her plate. The veggies were fresh and the broth aromatic. I was impressed by the quantity and the amount of veggies in the bowl. Wish I had this instead of the messed up philly I ordered at a different place.
  
  The folks at the counter were good and able to handle the crowd.
  
  Will definitely try it out next time.
